How your details
are used.

This demo stores submissions on the computer or server running the summit website. Use sample details for testing; do not enter real personal or payment information.

What is collected

Name, email, company, role, selected themes and your agreement to summit-related contact. Attendee interest also includes preferred days and an AI × Quality challenge. Speaker applications include a talk title, proposal and AI experience. Registration includes your selected pass, recorded USD price, pricing version and simulated checkout result.

Why it is collected

To review interest and speaking proposals, plan the summit and support summit-related contact. Your agreement and submission time are recorded. Only preset demo cards are used; no real card details or payment information are collected and the website sends no email.

Who can see it

Signed-in organizers with organizer access can view, filter, export and delete submissions through the private organizer workspace. Exported files contain personal details and should be shared only with the intended organizers.

Changes and removal

For privacy questions or an entry removal request, email summit@aitherton.ai. Authorized organizers handle removal requests through the private workspace. Each email can submit one attendee interest entry, one speaker application and one registration. A duplicate submission does not overwrite the original.

Before public launch

The organizer identity, retention period and public privacy notice must be confirmed before the website collects real attendee details publicly.
